Stir Fried Shrimps with Curry Powder Recipe

The quick sear locks in the natural sweetness of the tender shrimp while infusing them with the complex richness of curry spices. With the crunchy bite of peppers and onion, this stir fry dish is a journey of textures and flavors that will awaken your senses. Adventure on the high seas has never tasted so incredible. This curry shrimp stir fry turns an everyday ingredient into an exciting culinary experience.

Note *: Another way to experience this authentic taste with a different protein is to use crab. In Thailand, a crab may be chopped into 4-6 parts to use in this stir fry. In fact, it is how my family normally cooks this dish. However, I remember having to rely on my aunt to get the crab meat out for me and felt the inconvenience, I changed it to shrimps to make like easier:).

Thai Chili Paste AKA Chili Jam

This is the condiment/paste that is good on many things and some of you may have seen a funny video/documentary about it by “Uncle Roger” Youtube channel. I’m posting his video in case you’d like to see it for your enjoyment. And again you can find this chili paste from the link here or in the recipe.
