No Fuss Beef Bok Choy Stir Fry Recipe

Jump to Recipe

Tender strips of succulent beef, crisp and vibrant bok choy, and a medley of savory spices dance together in a sizzling wok. The harmonious marriage of textures and flavors is a true delight for the senses. All of these can be done just under 20 minutes!

And yes you can customize your aromatics such as leaving the dried chilies out or use some fresh chilies instead. You can even sprinkle some sugar in your stir fry too, but I leave sugar out of my meals as much as possible and to me and friends who have tried my recipes have liked it just the way it is!
