No Fuss Beef Bok Choy Stir Fry Recipe
Tender strips of succulent beef, crisp and vibrant bok choy, and a medley of savory spices together in a sizzling wok. This beef bok choy dish can be done just under 20 minutes!

I hope it is not too confusing for you to see that I added some green leaves that do not look like the regular baby bok choy you see from the stores. They are just bolted bok choy with tender tops and leaves. Totally sweet and edible from my very own garden. Let’s dive into the recipe!
