We got our Paleo sausage from Costco just to be healthy but please don’t feel guilty using different kind of sausages that can be more tasty for you and your family!
Sheet Pan Sausage

Ingredients
- 4-6 sausages raw or smoke
- 2 red skin potatoes
- 1 sweet potato
- 1 onion
- 2 bell peppers
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp dried thyme
Instructions
- Chop your vegetables to about an inch or bite sizes or even cubes them if you want less cooking/ baking time.
- Drizzle olive oil, pepper, garlic-salt, and some thyme. You can always be creative and use other spices.
- If you use smoked your cooked sausages, feel free to cut them in fourths before putting them in the sheet pan for less cooking time or just use the whole sauces 4-6 of them.
- Lay a piece of parchment paper on a baking sheet for easy cleaning then spread the vegetables and sausages on the sheet pan.
- Bake at 375 – 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 35 minutes. I used 375 degrees for 20 minutes then flip the sausages and continue to bake with the same temperature for another 15 minutes.
- Serve it hot with rice or not. This sheet pan meals has enough carb, vitamins, protein, and deliciousness. What more can you want ? 🤗Enjoy!
